Megan and Matt’s September Love | Western New York Wedding Venue | Maison Albion

A few drops of rain didn’t stop Megan and Matt from getting married at Maison on a warm September Saturday. Rain on your wedding day is good luck; it signifies that your marriage will last. A knot that becomes wet is extremely hard to untie therefore, when you “tie the knot” on a rainy day, your marriage is just as hard to unravel. The day started off with the bride and her bridesmaid getting glammed up. The bride chose a simple yet stunning look for her big day. She styled a white flowy off the shoulder wedding dress, white strappy sandals, and diamond earrings. For her hair she wore it in a bun with two strands hanging from the side with her veil attached. For her makeup Megan decided on a natural yet glowing look. She tied it all together with her beautiful bouquet which consisted of purple, maroon, and white flowers along with greenery. Matt wore a navy-blue suit, white dress shirt, and topped off the look with a boutonniere consisting of greenery, purple, and yellow flowers matching with Megan’s bouquet.

The bridesmaid’s dress was a simple long sleeve, flowy, maroon, and satin dress. She styled the look with black heels along with a beautiful black gem necklace. The mother of the bride wore a short sleeve, long flowy maroon dress and black flats matching with the bridesmaid. The ring bearer, Megan and Matt’s son, stole the show with his cuteness overload. He wore a navy-blue suit, white dress shirt, and a navy-blue tie to match. The flower girl was looking very pretty in pink. She styled a pink dress with roses around the waist, colorful sparkly flats, pearl necklace, and wore a pink flower in her hair.

Megan and Matt’s ceremony and reception was filled with much laughter and love, and they spent their special day with their closest family and friends. Stunning photos were captured of the newlyweds all around the beautiful grounds. The beautiful greenery and florals in the secret garden made for the perfect pictures. They then posed in front of the mansion and then in the circle garden, where they posed with an umbrella showing that no rain could stop their big day.

Congratulations Megan + Matt!
