Innkeeper - Maison Albion

Maison Albion is seeking an exceptional innkeeper to be the heart and soul of our enchanting wedding venue and bed & breakfast. This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to create unforgettable experiences where love stories unfold and travelers find their home away from home.

About the Role

As our innkeeper, you'll be the maestro orchestrating every detail of our guests' experience. From ensuring honeymooners wake up to perfectly fluffed pillows to coordinating with wedding parties on their most important day, you'll make magic happen behind the scenes while making it look effortless.

What You'll Do

• Create Welcome Experiences: Greet guests with warmth that makes them feel like they've arrived at a friend's elegant estate

• Manage Daily Check-Ins: Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs and fabulous French breakfast

• Coordinate Wedding Events: Work alongside couples and our wedding team to ensure flawless transition between celebrations

• Craft Memorable Stays: Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and turn good stays into rave reviews

• Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards in cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality

• Problem-Solve Gracefully: Handle the unexpected with poise, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset
   

You're Our Perfect Match If You Have:

• 3+ years of hospitality management experience (boutique hotels, B&Bs, or event venues preferred)

• Are able to live on site in a 2 bedroom apartment, located in an 1878 Victorian Mansion.

• A genuine passion for making people's special moments extraordinary

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence

• Experience with event coordination or wedding venues (a plus!)

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and special events

• A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Winter Event Internship

Maison Albion is looking for amazing self-starters who are resourceful and want to be a part of a growing team!

Who we are: A beautiful and exciting romantic wedding and event venue. We create beautiful events and host memories for all!

 

This position:

- 15-20 hours/week flexible schedule

- Work with clients, design and manage events

- Learn about venue management

- Acquire experience in the wedding and event industry

- Assist with marketing tasks, social media, and more!

- Meet people in the industry all around Western New York

- Potential to grow into a permanent position.

 

Skills:

• MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Wordpress, Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge a plus

• Event experience or wedding – industry related experience a plus

• Positive attitude, resourceful nature, and addiction to wedding blogs and magazines a must!

Compensation:

This position paid $16/hour during event set-up and production!

Private Bartender

 

Mixologie LLC is looking for a staff of exceptional bartenders and mixologists to work various events at Maison Albion, our sister company.

 

Job roles include:

* Providing exceptional bartending to clients at private events of all sizes

*Creating cocktails based on guest preference or a pre-determined menu

*High level knowledge of flavor profiles and building cocktails

*Ability to handle high volume events with finesse

*Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining bar during event

*Cutting and preparing garnishes

*Ability to think on your feet, at bars may change location at a moment’s notice

*Provide high level customer experience

 

This position will be an on-call position for event(s) within the week. There may be several bartenders working each event based on the staffing needs. The ability to work as a team at all times is at the upmost importance. Flexibility in scheduling is imperative as this position will be as needed and not consistent. Mixologie LLC is looking for polished bartenders, with a firm grasp on flavor profiles and creating beautiful and flavorful cocktails.

 

Requirements:

 

Must be over 18

Own transportation or the ability to get to work without issue

Ability to lift 25+ pounds while twisting and bending

Ability to stand on your feet for several hours without issues

Passion for customer service and exceptional experience

Team player, positive attitude and flexibility are a must

Maintaining a clean and presentable bar at all times

Comepnsation:

Mixologie LLC will pay all bartenders a base rate of $17 per hour, plus a shared tip pool with defined percentages during each event.
