Options for every budget

At Maison Albion, we request a 50% site reservation fee to reserve your day and the balance is due 60 days prior to your event.

Your reservation includes venue access from 10:00am to 1:00am. All events must be concluded by midnight.

Monday - Thursday Dates ~ $2,500

Friday & Sunday Dates ~ $4,500

Saturday Dates ~ $5,500

Overnight stay in Maison Albion, sleeps 8 ~ $1,000

Weekend rental of Maison Albion includes three event days and two overnight stays, sleeps 8 ~ $13,000

Social events in our intimate spaces begin at $750.

Outdoor chairs, dining room tables and chairs for up to 200 are also included. 

Photo shoot half day and full day rates available.

Non-profit and community gatherings are permitted to apply for a complimentary venue rental, which are offered 10 times per year. Please contact us for more information.  

What's included?


At Maison Albion, we believe venues should be full service and full of options. Therefore, included with your site fee is:

  • Freedom as to how to use the venue, choose your own vendors, and how you spend your day!

  • Ceremony chairs, reception chairs, and tables for 200 guests.

  • Ballroom patio furniture and seating for up to 50 guests and ballroom terrace furniture for 50 guests.

  • Tabletop (everything you need to eat a fantastic meal) for up to 200 guests.

  • Entire use of our venue from 10am to 1am. Your event must be over by midnight or you will turn into a pumpkin ;)

  • If you choose to stay over at Maison Albion, you are welcome to have an after party until 2am for a smaller group.

  • Use of the most gorgeous mansion in Western New York for wedding prep - Bridal and Bridesmaids suites, Gentleman's Lounge, Movie Theater, and game room. 

  • Photos on the grounds of seven acres of English Country Garden, a spin in our rowboat for two, and a ceremony in any location you choose!

  • We will assist with vendor guidance, floor plan design, and day of management of your vendors. 

  • Complimentary rehearsal at your ceremony space

  • The most flexibility you will ever find at a venue. Fire pit after the reception? S'mores please! Llamas as ring bearers? Why not?You dream, we will do it!

What we need you to add:

  • Your beautiful love story, wedding design and decor, and flow of the day. 

  • Table linens (often your catering company will have these).

  • All of the vendors you love the most - and we can help you find them!

What does it cost to tie the knot?

At Maison Albion you can truly create your perfect day.  You have the freedom to choose a your favorite food truck or a five course meal. Bring your favorite band or use our Friends of Maison list to find outstanding vendors that we have already vetted on your behalf.

Here is a great example of a Saturday wedding for 100 guests at Maison Albion:

  • Saturday Site Fee at Maison Albion: $5,500

  • Staring three course catered meal for 100 guests: $20/guest or : $2,000

  • Spirits: $300/bartender plus $5/hour per guest for five hours: $3,100

  • Tabletop, dance floor, and ballroom seating: Included!

Total reception expense before additional vendors:
$10,600, or $106/guest.

  • Sunday Site Fee at Maison Albion, Secret Garden: $750

  • Divine Brunch , $20/guest, or $800

  • Mimosas and Mocktails: $300/bartender plus $3/hour per guest for three hours: $660

  • Seating, tabletop and ambiance: Included!

Total event expense before additional vendors:
$2210, or $55/guest.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my own vendors?

Yes you can! We encourage you to use professional vendors for your event, and we welcome them all at Maison Albion. We welcome all professional vendors to our venue and we will never accept commissions or charge fees for your favorite companies to create your amazing day.

Do you ever have more than one event in a day?

No. At Maison Albion, this is your home for the day, evening or weekend. Multiple events are not allowed.

Can I book Maison Albion for my photoshoot?

Oui! We offer special weekday photoshoot pricing for boudoir, bridals, family photos and more at the following rates: Boudoir/Bridal/Senior Pictures Half Day Rate ~ $350 Full Day Rate ~$500 Family and Group Photo shoots on the grounds only ~ Complimentary, but must be reserved. Film production is also available. Custom pricing available.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! We have 107 parking spots on site.

I have out of town guests. Where can they stay?

Maison Albion is fortunate to be located nine minutes from the soon to open Cobblestone Inn, which features than 50 hotel rooms. We will be arranging transportation for our offsite guests between the two venues for booked events. In addition, The Hart Hotel and Medina Opera House Hotel offer an additional 50 hotel rooms only 12 minuters away from our venue.

Why should I book an overnight stay at Maison Albion?

Our guests find it comfortable to stay on site after a late night event and to wake up to the smell of fresh French pastries and delicious breakfast treats waiting for them in the Dining Room. It's convenience, comfort and beauty all in one evening!
